Covid-19 Restrictions

Due to ongoing restrictions and travel disruption, Casa Higueras remains closed until 1st April 2021. We will review the situation on that date. Reservations are being accepted from 1st April and throughout 2021.

Debido a las continuas restricciones y la interrupción del viaje, Casa Higueras permanecerá cerrada hasta el 1 de abril de 2021. Revisaremos la situación en esa fecha. Se aceptan reservas a partir del 1 de abril y lo largo de 2021.

These are uncertain times, and we are very conscious of doing all we can to ensure that our guests enjoy their stay at Casa Higueras with minimal risk. We are also very conscious of the fact that we live in a small village with a percentage of older and possibly vulnerable residents. The measures we have outlined below have been designed to provide a safe environment for everyone concerned.

RESERVATIONS

If you book one of our guest rooms, we will block out availability of the other room so we do not have more than one set of guests at any one time. Of course, if your party wants both bedrooms then that is fine. 

CLEANING

We are always very particular about cleanliness at all times. Our bed linen is always washed at 90 degrees, as are our towels. Floors are cleaned thoroughly after every visit, and the bathrooms are deep-cleaned. We provide masks and hand sanitiser for every guest, should they need them.

OPENING AND CLOSING

We are constantly assessing the situation here in the village and further afield. If, at any time, we consider it to be necessary to close the property to guests we will do so. This is for the safety of us, our neighbours in the village and our guests. If you have a reservation, and we feel that we need to cancel this due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.
